I ordered upgrade to Unlimited Fire Extra last week and was given the date the service would commence as yesterday (14th). All the information on my account online indicates i am now on Unlimited Fire Extra, but my speed has not increased and is still operating a download speed of approx. 35Mbps and no where near the estimated or guaranteed download speed.
Have I not done something or is there a problem?

Hi there, I've just looked into this and I can see there's been some confusion over the due date for this order so I'm really sorry about that. It's due to go through on the 18th. Please give me a shout if there's any further problems after that or indeed if there's anything else I can help with in the meantime.
