Very slow upload speed again

Hello.

I made a topic here a few weeks ago about my slow upload speed.  It was resolved quickly but seems to have returned.

 

No idea why this issue has come back.  Please help.

Hi there, 

 

I've just taken a look into this for you and tests aren't showing signs of any obvious causes for the issue. Are you seeing the slow upload speeds over a wired or a wireless connection to the router?

Thanks a lot, even though upload speeds on line test results are close to the estimates for your line I'd like to try a DLM reset before we do anything else as I can see that helped last time. I've done that now so hopefully that should go through within the next few hours.

Hello @jay112112, thanks a lot fore getting back to us and I'm really sorry to hear that you're still having issues with your upload speed. I've just checked out the RRT on our side and the profile doesn't appear to be banded. 

Downstream: 0.128M-40M with no error protection. Upstream: 0.128M-10M with no error protection

Can you please upload a screenshot from your Helpdesk page on your router? You can access it by logging into your Hub Manager, > Troubleshooting > Helpdesk 

Make sure you cover up the account username though. Smiley
