Very slow website lookups - Have tried custom DNS(Cloudflare) and ISP provided

Hi there,

I am getting very slow website lookups, website is fine once loaded and can browse with no issues. Tried on Linux and Windows.

When connected to a VPN websites are loaded instantly, so wondering if a check could be done to see if it's either a problem my end or somewhere else.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Are there any particular websites that this issue is affecting, or is it every website you've attempted to access? Is this issue also affecting other aspects of the connection, such as streaming or gaming for example?
