Hi Bob,
I disabled 5 GHz and tried adding my smart plugs. No joy. Reverted back to my old router and they all loaded first time. Thanks anyway.

Hi Lauren, I disabled 5GHz and tried adding my smart plugs. No joy. Reverted back to the old router and they loaded straight away. If the Hub 2 is supposed to be an improvement something needs to be done for 2.4GHz devices.

Thanks for the update @ncc562, I'm sorry that it didn't work though pleased you've been able to connect the old router back up.

Did you try the different wireless modes?
Other suggestions: -
1. Try changing the Wi-Fi name/password on the Hub Two so matches those you were using on the older router.
2. Fully reset the smart plugs before trying to re-pair them with the Hub Two.
FWIW, I have 2.4GHz only smartplugs on my network and they work fine with my Hub Two.
