not sure why you keep uploading an image of your predicted broadband connection speeds.
You need to be running the test here -> https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
This will detail your line speed and provided you run the Additional Diagnostics will show you current IP Profile. It is recommend this test is run using a wired connection connected directly to the modem/router.
What is you new modem/router, does it have a broadband connection status page?

I don't understand why either, @Dan_the_Van , but those two, taken together, do raise a question or two (1) test1 shows a very low throughput with horrendous ping times (the 'advanced diagnostics would be more useful, though) (2) test2 indicates that the speed to the OP's hub is good.

Yes, the observed speed look good
As to the high ping, that could be down to the testing device, needs to be connected directly to the modem/router
I'd try a ping to the modem/router to see what that gives as a starting point.

I'm sorry to see you're still having issues. I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing any problems.
Can you check your speed today? The drop last night could've been due to overnight maintenance.

the modem is a brand new tp link ac2100 archevr600
test today was much better
