Hi All,
Please find enclosed a full list of IP Addresses used by ARENANET - which can be used for GW2.
Guild Wars 2 requires TCP ports 80, 443, 6112 and port 6600 be fully unrestricted and accessible, both inbound and outbound.
Can we please ensure that this traffic is giving a 'gaming' profile for Pro users - currently there is an excessive amount of in-game lag/latency whilst using this product.

I have also attached a typical traceroute (via ping plotter) which shows an approx ping of 140ms.
I am often experiencing high-packet loss (up to 60%) on numerous edge routers in Dallas which seems to cause frequent disconects (on the 64.25.38.X - X) range.
If others could also traceroute/pingplot to these servers it would be appreciated (a number of EU Players are reporting major packet loss and disconnects via Level 3 routers in Dallas). Packet loss is generally running highest between the hours of 6pm UK -> Midnight.
Thanks,
B2Dust

I don't play in US servers but I'm seeing a lot of lag in all games at those times. Not sure how long this been going on as I've been working at these times up until now.
I haven't DC'ed from GW2 in a while but a lot of steam games are because steam losses connection. Some games that use VAC for instance are dependent of steam being online just crash because steam has to log-in by witch point the game has already timed out or a VAC violation has occurred.
Maybe a steam server I'm connected to is hosted in the US!?!

Yes - I'm on the US servers. The lag experienced is packet loss (retransmitted fast packets and fragmented packets) causing lag from wireshark capture traces which I have. Any suggestions on how to lower the number of lost/retransmitted packets would be appreciated.
