Probably best you keep your post to this thread anyway, I am not sure on the forum software whether there is a restriction on creating new threads if you haven't made any posts (I know there is one on PM's).

It sounds like you were having the same problem. Just confirm you were having WoW issues before being moved over to static and now the move has solved it.

It is a fix, but not a proper one. So we need to get it working on dynamic IP's I guess.

@Gandalf Ty for the great info, guys on the FB support helped me out to get static IP, can i get the refund aswell? Also since then i had no issues whatsoever ❤️

@mov yeah it may look that way and I hope so otherwise the issue looks to have morphed into something else.

Hello. Im also having issues with my WoW as im getting "Transfer aborted - instance not found" and "world server is down" and the game is now unplayable for me as i cannot phase anywhere? is there any fix that doesnt involve me paying?

Hello there. I am having issues with my sons game recently as mentioned before he is having problems logging in with the error "world server is down" and when he can get in he has the error "transfer aborted - instance not found".. please help us fix this ASAP @Gandalf

I've just spoke to customer support and I've had a static. I.P assigned, going to reboot now, fingers crossed.

@Gandalf - being having the same issue since re-subbing. Just signed up for the static IP. How do I go about getting a refund for this?

Apologies once again for the issues,

Mickeyclay/Ashallen123 You now have a static IP, let us know how it goes, Shacks, I've also added one to your account as well. you'll both need to disconnect and reconnect the router for it to take effect.

Just to say thanks for continuing to look into this, and for looking after myself and the other folks on here. Wasn't able to login in much over the weekend, but will do all the things that were causing me hassle on my new static IP this evening. I did test it a bit when you first applied that for me, and it seemed to work perfectly.

Hi Nichelledewell yeah its pretty annoying when  you cant get online or change areas i had it for months myself thought it was all down to wow but it wasnt.. You can ask for a Static ip Address and  this will sort out the problem for you can A. go to your account and change this at a cost of £5 which if  you post here they will refund the cost ( they have for everyone else myself included) or you can give them a call explaining the problem and they should do it for free!!  Good luck and hope your back to gaming soon
