I beat you too it, I've added the static IP before you ordered one.

If you could restart your router and let us know how you get on that would be great

That's done now, just reset your router and your good to go.

After much searching online to fix my instancing problem, I too have purchased a static IP in order to fix this problem, could you please issue a refund to my account?

Hi JonoH, just checked this thread and have upgraded to the static ip and everything seems to be working now. Could you refund the cost please

Hi all!

We've had some engineers in a datacentre in London this morning replacing some faulty hardware. 

Is there anyone lucky enough to be at home gaming at the minute who is willing to test if it's working without the static IP?  

If it's not sorted, we'll put the static IP straight back on so you can get on with your raiding

Sorry I keep saying I will test it, and have forgotten. I will try and remember later today.

At my parents we're on dynamic and don't need to be changed (as it doesn't test the problem) and if it doesn't work for me it is no big problem since I don't live there and the people who do are only light internet users (they're not gamers!) so it is no problem.

Just saves you having to change people back and forth.
