Hi i'm getting grief of my son as he can't plat COC BO3, it keeps coming up with A,B.....F.
We're using a PS4 through a Plusnet Hub One. The UPnP (and extnded UPnP) is on and i've selected Playstation 3 in the port forwarding as advised in other forum areas. I still can't get the NAT Type to pass/change.
Any advise please, this is all new to me.

I'm not sure what you mean by "it keeps coming up with A,B.....F."
Do other online games work?
Try a wired connection. Weak wifi signal can cause errors.
if that dont work
Try setting the PS4s DNS setting to your router 192.168.1.254
if that dont work
Try setting the PS4s DNS setting to Googles DNS server 8.8.8.8
I have my NAT strict with uPnP off and Black Ops 3 works fine for me!

You can't use both UPnP AND Port Forwarding. That's like saying you drive a manual automatic car. UPnP is just an auto port forward for devices that request it so as well as causing a huge security risk potential, you've likely caused a problem there. Remove the port forwards though as the console is intelligent enough to know it's own ports to open.
You shouldn't need extended UPnP either. Just basic UPnP is enough for most all games.
Make sure the connection is good, poor WiFi won't help, unsure of what an A..B..F.. is, NAT type is usually termed as "strict" or "open".
From one parent to another and as this is new to you, if said offspring is understanding enough to give you grief, maybe get them to channel that into helping to fix the problem if the game is that unplayable?
Not using any weird or wonderful wifi extension devices? Sometimes they can hinder things as well.
