08456021111 is this a scam ?

Today ive been getting calls from this number 0845 6021111 when i pick up a voice says " this is a bt sms message press blaaa to hear the message " Basicly this is the first time ive had this type of call, so im not sure if its a scam or not. I dont want to accept the message just incase it is a scam and im charged many pennys.
Does anyone here know anything about this type of call?
