As with many other users I cannot remove the 1571 answer service, which is now overriding my own answer machine completely. It is not ticked as an option on my account and it would appear that the only way to have it removed is by asking for help here. Thanks in advance.
Yes, you have to ask for its removal, agreed it's a nuisance if you have your own machine. Suggest you phone rather than waiting for a reply here as busy staff are sometimes slow to read the forum.
