Rang on Saturday (24/06/23) as 1571 saying there was a fault - try later, even trying several times either got the same message or nothing. Couldn't leave a message either, as automated message told the caller, "service not available".
Was told it would be sorted in 24 hours and even though I've had an email to say this voicemail service has been completed it is still not working 3 days later. I've been told its a national problem and I can't be given a timescale for it to be resolved. However, I can't find anything anywhere to say other people are currently having issues, other than PlusNet call center. What's going on?
