1571 worked fine for years. Then I turned it off temporarily and now I'm trying to turn it back on again. The call features page seems to permanently state that I have an order in progress, awaiting activation. Any ideas what to do now?

It's just one of the Plusnet system's little quirks. 😉

I'd just missed the 1571 part out of my response. When checking out the account this morning, I noted that Plusnet Call Protect was awaiting activation, which is why I had mentioned it. I sorted that, and placed an order to enable 1571 too.
Just checked it now and the order is complete, it should now be working for you.
