1572 not working

Hi everyone just would like some help if possible when I dial 1471 or 1572 this is what it says

1571

Message; "This line doesn't have a call answering service"

1572

Message; "The service cannot be connected"

any help would be very much appreciated

Hi there @chopsy69, I'm really sorry about the issue with this, it looks like 1572 won't work as you have call protect enabled, do you want me to activate 1571 voicemail for you though as that should work along side it without an issue.
