Add Call Diversion doesn't work

Been trying to add a set of Call Features over the past few days -
Std voicemail
Plusnet Protect
Caller Display
Call Diversion
The problem is if Call Diversion is included the order it gets stuck in the system with 'an error' and it also knocks out the other 3 features.
I called in a couple of days ago & I thought it was fixed but it turns out the agent just removed Call Diversion from the order to allow it to complete adding the other 3 features. When I tried to add Call Diversion back again the order got stuck in the system again with 'an error' and my other 3 features got knocked out again.
Please could someone at Plusnet take a look?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm really sorry for the mess here.
I've manually placed an order to activate Call Divert, which should start working within the next 24 hours. Once that's completed, I'll make sure your account is updated to show those 4 call features as active.
Let me know if there are any further issues.

Call features are now showing as active and call divert should be working.

Hi @southerner we've got this order replaced for you for the call features. This is for the voicemail and call protect. The caller display wasn't affected.
Do you still want the call divert as well? This is something we can get added back on once we've resolved the first part.
