Hello,
Set up Call Divert last week on the web control panel for my home phone, but I'm still waiting for it to be activated. Had to get a BT engineer to look at the phone line as that was also faulty. Got the phone line sorted, but internet has also gone down. Son took a phon call from someone at Plusnet on Sunday and they advised Internet running by Wednesday and phone divert would be even quicker. But as of tonight, no divert and no internet. Could someone have a look for me
