Additional services - Awaiting activation

How long does it normally take for additional services to be activated, its been well over 2 weeks now and still getting this error:

Additional standard call features you've added: Call Waiting (Awaiting activation)
Additional advanced call features you've added: Caller Display, Voicemail (Awaiting activation)

@mrssandraleight  I assume you have tried to add these services online via your account (member centre). They shouid happen quickly such as next day at the latest. There seems to be a common problem in that the orders to activate the features get stuck in some way and can only be sorted with staff intervention. They may respond to your post here but it could be a while. If you can bear to call support that may be quicker.
