I have unlimited UK telephone calls in my plan when we join on 19th. Can somebody tell me if like BT each call has a max of hour to be free or are any duration of calls free?

Calls become chargeable after an hour. You can find the full details here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/residential-phone-tariffs/ it's under the ' how we charge for calls' section
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
