Call Protect not working?

Call Protect is shown as "Currently Active" on my Call Features page, but when I try 1572 I just get a message saying "the service can not be connected". Can anyone help?

Hi @LawTurley,

 

Sorry about that, yes it looks like the call protect product was active on your account but not on the supplier side of things.

I have updated this for call protect as well as any of the other call features you had that were not active on there.

This should be updated and working for you within 24 hours.
