Call Protect service active - is it configurable?

I have the Call Protect service on a PlusNet landline. It shows active in the portal.
Does having this active have any configuration or blacklisting features?
Although we've got Call Protect from PlusNet and a Call Guardian enabled phone handset, I still have some junk calls making their way though both systems.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Call protect can only be managed via the telephone - there is no web based management. Here is a pdf of the instructions:
