Call divert not working

I have activated call divert on my account - it shows green in the Home Phone Control Panel

When I try to set up call divert using * 21 *, I immediately hear "Sorry, the service requested is not available. Thank you for calling, please hang up".

Trying to deal with CS through the text service is getting frustrating. I don't need the line checked for faults just need the call divert sorting out.

Hi @willcutforth I managed to speak to a nice lady in the CS dept in the end and hopefully I should be able to activate the call divert by 16th at the latest. Thanks for responding though.
