Hi
I've logged into my account and at the top it says:
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
On the call features page it says:
Voicemail - awaiting activation
Plusnet call protect - awaiting activation
Call barring - awaiting activation
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi Jenny,
I've placed an order with our suppliers to activate those for you which should be done within 24 hours.
