Call rates Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland

Plusnet's 2021 call rates state that: "UK rates include calls to landlines in the Channel Islands and calls from Northern Ireland to landlines in the Republic of Ireland."

This certainly used to be the case but earlier this year (after Brexit) I was charged £5 or so for a 20-minute call from NI to the Republic although I have the anytime call package. Has something changed? I'm sure it's not a hiccup in PN's accounts system 🙄
