Caller Display not working

Hello, I have caller display as part of my package but since I've moved into my new property it no longer works.
My phones are the same as they were when it worked at my previous property and when I call #234# the automated message tells me the service is unavailable.
Would a helpful Plusnet colleague be able to reactivate caller display on my new line please.

@AlRowe - Ey up, sorry for the trouble, I've added it on in the bank end system, just give it 24 hours. Cheers
