Was working fine. Dialling *#234# gives "service unavailable".
Tried toggling the service off and on but now stuck in a vacuum ...

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
Tried to use "support" chat, but completely broken ... every request just refers you back to the website!
Would be very grateful if a human could investigate and re-enable if its at the back end somewhere ...
