Caller ID has stopped working on my home phone

The caller ID has recently stopped working on my home phone handset. It is set up on my account but tried dialling #234# and get message "caller identities will not be displayed".How can this be fixed.?

Good Morning, thank you for the PM @whalleyman. I'm sorry for the issues with your caller display.

 

I've had a check over things this side and can't see any issues. To rule out any issues with the add on itself, I have placed an order to remove the service from the line and once this completes, will place an order to re-add it for you. This whole process should take around 24-48 hours.

 

Once done, I will update the ticket I have created here for you: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=217944759 if the issue then continues, we may need to raise it as a fault with our suppliers.

 

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused in the meantime.
