Caller ID not working since moving to Plunet

Same issue as others have reported, Caller ID stopped working when we moved to Plusnet last week. Trying *#234# gives error message. Caller ID is enabled in profile so must be fault on Plusnet side.

Please advise

Thanks for the reply, but that doesn't really help when this forum is listed as one of the support routes.

The fault is not on the customer side but we performed all the standard checks never the less.

I posted here as others have had the same issue and little success calling 1st line support, I have now raised it as a compliant ticket on the original migration.
