I don’t know if anything’s happened behind the scenes since the last post, but an engineer looking at the high resistance (HR) fault specifically is 100% a good idea as this is typically a broadband fault and caller display can be affected by the broadband tie pairs at the exchange.
Best case scenario would be that fixing the HR fault resolves the caller display issue. However even if it doesn’t then it may still be a step forward in the investigation as things would hopefully be clearer without the HR fault showing up on line tests.

Hi Andrea, line tests aren't picking up on the cable fault any more for some reason. Sometimes Openreach pick up on those and fix them proactively. Just to double check is caller display still not working for you?

Thanks for confirming, we've opened a new phone fault with a little help from @Gandalf (cheers!) so I'll keep monitoring that for you and let you know as soon as we get an update. - Adam
