Hi since switching to plusnet my caller id has stopped working. Ive noticed thered a few who have had this problem its selected on my account and when i dial the number it says not available so look to be on plusnets side. Is there anyone that could sort this please

Hi @roy828 I can see that there is a bit of a mis-match with our system and BTs system. I've now rectified this for you and your caller ID should start working within the next 24 hours.
