Can’t add or remove call features

Hi, for weeks now I have had “awaiting activation “ on voice and Call protect. Please could you help with deleting this as I haven’t ordered or changed anything! Many Thanks

If they are working, @Lindab , give Customer Support a ring on 0330 123 9123 and ask them to do a manual clean-up.
