Charged for Evening Calls (of less than 60 mins)

There are call charges on my bill this month for 2 UK landline calls, both made after 6pm and both for less than an hour. I have 'free weekend and evening calls' package, so I don't understand why this would be?

Time periods for calls

For Plusnet Home Phone packages, the following definitions are used to define inclusive call periods and the rates for chargeable calls.

Time period	When it applies
Daytime	Monday to Friday - 7am - 7pm
Evening	Monday to Friday - 7pm - 7am
Weekends	All day Saturday & Sunday

Historically the "evening" cheap rate period used to be 6pm to 8am didn't it?

I might be thinking back to the early 1980s when BT still had a monopoly?

@Mr_Paul you're correct, in the dim and distant past it was 6pm to 8am. AFAIK Its been 7 till 7 for some time though...

Its been 7pm with BT since 2010, I believe others followed soon after.
