There is no dial tone and calls can not be made or received. The broadband seems to be working fine so I'm not sure what the problem is as I've checked the socket/microfilter and I have completed the troubleshooter which popped up this message "The results of your line check are unclear". Any help please? Thank you!

I'm sorry to see your phone had stopped working but I'm glad that it seems to have fixed itself, so I've cancelled the engineer visit we've booked. Let us know if there are further issues or anything else you'd need help with.
