I am experiencing the same issue.  I made a change over a week ago and since then it's said:

Change already in progress

You are not currently allowed to make a change. There is already a change in progress. Please try again later
 
Please may you fix it for me.  Many thanks.

I removed voicemail.  Surely it doesn't take 11 days to process 🤔

OK. if voicemail is inactive now, the chances are that something has gone astray in the automatic processing of the order. It needs manual intervention by Help Team staff, but this is unlikely to be picked up over the weekend as there is little cover. Hopefully one of the team will pick it up early next week.

I have this too. Basically since we moved house 2.5 years ago!
There’s always some error on our account.
Plusnet, can this be sorted. Life has been crazy so haven’t sorted it til now, but I need to change our payment details, and honestly a new deal would be great 😆

@vnorval - from what I can see Voicemail and Call Protect are both showing in an awaiting activation status, so I've triggered these to complete, which should remove the error message within an hour or so.

If you'd still like either of these removing afterwards, let me know and I'll arrange.

@Loulipop - I can't see any errors in your account. Could you post a screenshot showing the error?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
