Error message cannot make any changes

hi have had account for seven months now and I have Account error message saying an error has occurred you cannot make any changes to your account while their is a phone order in progress.Please can someone help.Thank you

@Deb436 Do you need to make changes? This is an unwanted feature of the Plusnet accounting system, and will need staff assistance (very thin on the ground) to rectify.

Not at the moment I was trying to see if we could get full fibre but I cannot do anything  because of the message

OK. If you want to see if it is available, put your phone number into this:BT Broadband , and post a screenshot (hiding your phone number) if you need any help deciphering it.

Thank you dont know how to do a screen shot but it says FTTP mot available. WLR currently available not in a current priority programme

OK , so you can't get FTTP then - a pity.

If you want to know how to do screen shots though, which browser are you using?

Hi @Deb436,

From what I can see there's pending call features showing in your account which haven't yet been activated. I've placed an order with our suppliers to activate them and you should see the error message go away within an hour.

Let me know if there are any issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

HI there, having the same issue, however I've not changed anything for over 12mths. Only discovered it when I logged in to see how long I've got left on my contract & whether or not I can now get full fibre (which I can)

Hey there @meic I have done part of the fix by adding the features via the back end system. I will check back on Thursday when I am back in.
