How To Cancel / Remove a Permanent Number Witheld.

Hi,

I have "Number Withheld" permanently activated on my PN phone line, but I'd like to remove it.

I know I can use a 1470 prefix to make my number 'visible' on a call by call basis, but I want to make the number 'visible' for every call without the hassle of keying 1470 before every number I dial.

Is there any way to achieve this please?

I have got this changed adjusted for you now. This will take up to 24 hours to go through, and now you can withhold your number by putting 1470 at the start of a number.

Recently my number has starting being withheld all the time so is being ignored by lots of friends and family when I ring them. Doing 1470 before calling doesn' work either. Have rang plus net a couple of times but they can' seem to fix the problem for me. Very frustrating. At one point I couldn't even ring out! Anyone else had this problem?

Hi @masonmg I've had a look into this and I can see that number withhold isn't on active on your line anymore. Are you still experiencing the same problem?

I'm new to this forum and have had my number withheld for years and would now also like to remove this block so that my number shows on all calls. The thread says fixed but I can't see how. Please help.
