How To Download CSV File Of Calls

There used to be a way of downloading a csv file for previous months calls. There was a drop down that let you pick the month.

Now all I can find is the "latest calls" which looks like calls in the current billing period.

Does the facility to download previous calls still exist? If so where?

Hey @scfnet,

I have checked this for you and can confirm that the option to export to CSV is still available. You need to go to Billing and Payments, scroll down to the bottom, and click on Manage Phone Bill. Then, if you click on View Billed or Unbilled Calls, there should be an Export button.

Still can only seem to get a CSV for a very limited time. May need for past 6months to year or more for inland revenue for instance.

Josh's instructions were almost correct apart from the very last bit

Login to https://www.plus.net/member-centre/billing-payments

Go right to the bottom and select "Manage Phone Bill"

Click "View Billed Calls", clicking "View Unbilled calls" doesn't do the same

This gets you a drop down to select billing periods for the last 15 month.
