How can I get a land line when I'm on fibre broadband

I'm afraid you're into Voice Over Internet Protocal (VOIP) territory now for landlines. There is no way to get an old fashioned copper line.
As PN don't do VOIP you need to look at independant VOIP providers. There are a few to choose from. If you can wait until your contract renewal you could change to an ISP who does both internet and VOIP. Or you could ask PN about transferring you to BT / EE.

Personally I would phone up Plusnet, tell them you need a landline and they will allow you to migrate to BT/EE.
The landline then plugs into the router.
It isn't cheap but it provides the service from one supplier and should be reliable.
For policy reasons Plusnet doesn't offer phone lines over full fibre.
