How do I update my account to NOT display my old landline num ber after move to SoGEA service?

Not a major thing but recently moved from an existing 40/10 service to SoGEA without a landline. Tried to remove the old number from my account but it won't let me. For the time being I've left my area code there & the number I've filled with 6 9's in the hope that no one from Plusnet will try dialling that. I already have my mobile on the account so there is a valid number on which I can be reached. Or maybe someobody at Plusnet can remove the number from my account as the privileges will be higher for Plusnet staff?

Fix

I am also on a SoGEA line. On the "Manage My Account" page I have my mobile number listed twice without an issue. Have you tried entering your mobile number there?

Yeah those fields are just for a main contact number and a mobile number, which can be different or the same.

The CLI (Calling Line Identity) of a broadband service, which is essentially the landline number, and normally located on the ‘phone’ tab, no longer exists when an account is converted to SoGEA or FTTP. Smiley
