My broadband has become really slow and there's no dial tone on the phone.
The report a landline problem page says "Report your problem by text or online using our troubleshooter." I can't find anywhere to report it online. The only option appears to be to be text message, but I don't currently have a mobile.
Please can somebody tell me how I report the fault online?
