How to turn off voicemail service

Could you please turn off the voicemail on my line as I don't need it

Have you tried to turn it of yourself at the Member Centre?
You should be able to  turn it off at https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_remove_call_features Login required. It can take several hours before it's deactivated.

Please turn off my voicemail feature. I never asked for it and cannot deactivate it online at the remove features page.

You should be able to but you can't. The posted link takes you to the homepage not anywhere where you can change your settings. Having just spoken to PlusNet you cannot do it online, you need to phone them armed with your bank details that you pay your contract with or they can't change it. To get the number go through the contact us tab and keep hitting the option at the bottom that says still need help. You'd think someone would invent a simple phone code to do it - oh I forget

Are you referring to Landline or Mobile? As you certainly can remove voicemail from your landline online via the link that Anotherone has posted, providing the call feature has been added in the correct way and is active on the line and on the account as it should be.

If you're referring to mobile, I do apologise for any inconvenience you've experienced while trying to remove the feature.

Sorry to see voicemail has been activated on your line despite not being requested on the account. I've placed an order to remove that and it should be gone within 24 hours (Although usually much sooner)
