I recently upgraded my Full Fibre package to Fibre145 which does not include the landline.
However the landline still works. When will it be disconnected?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Was the land line with Plusnet or some other provider?
When the order for FTTP was processed, what response did you give to the question about retaining your phone number / service?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Landline and fibre to house (60mb) were both with a Plusnet.
I was told that to upgrade to Fibre145 I would no longer be able to have the landline. That is ok as it is only used by marketing companies.
