@greygit1  New customers do not get any e-mail facilities provided by Plusnet. Providing an email address to Plusnet so they can contact you via email is a totally unrelated.

You lose access to your PN e-mail the day your account closes. So, if changing IS,P you need to sort out your PN e-mail before you move.

@bmc  You have not needed to continue to be a Plusnet broadband customer to use their email . For a while they charged you for the email service if you wanted to use it after leaving,  but they stopped charging a few years ago.  The future may be different!

@machare As from late June last year, it is not possible to opt for an 'email only' account if you leave Plusnet, and even prior to that you had to specifically request it before your account closed.
