Looking to move from BT

I'm looking to switch to PN from BT but I am concerned at the wording of the phone wording on the offered package from PN.

I am currently on a digital phone service with BT which means my phone is plugged into the rear of the router.  It all works correctly and I'd not want to go through a upheaval of losing my "landline" number.

Could someone explain to me how PN handles home phones please?  I currently use a BT Premium home phone which is a DECT type not digital phone.

Thanks

@grajay155 PN do not offer a phone service at all (a BT decision) - you would have to find your own VoIP provider.

Fix

@grajay155

IN a nutshell you cannot transfer your phone to Plusnet. They do not offer a digital phone service.

What you can do is move the broadband element to Plusnet and take out a digital VoIP phone service with a third party supplier. Note that if the transfer is not done within 30 days of the broadband transfer the phone number will be lost.

Thanks @Baldrick1.  Disappointing news for me but it is what it is.
