Lost Caller ID function

I have Caller ID attached to my account but it has never worked since I joined Plusnet. Other forum cases seem to relate to a fault related to transfer from another provider. How do i escalate to get this looked at, since my trandsfer to Plusnet stemmed from an aborted switch to Virgin Media (dont't EVER go there!!!!) three weeks after my contract with Talk Talk ended. I had a period where I had no landline and it was in a sort of suspended state - I was even advised that I may havd to have changed my landline number of 30 years. Guidance appreciated.

Afternoon @JacobSladder 

I'm sorry to hear that your caller display isn't working.

Looking at our systems it's active on our end but not our suppliers.

I've placed a order to get it active for you and it should be up and running within a couple of hours 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Okay. I've just had notification that my Caller ID and Voicemail services have been removed! Is that part of the fix or has someone been a little bit trigger happy? Thanks

That certainly shouldn't have happened!

I've readded it on our end and it's now active on our supplier's end as well.

Can you try it and see if it's working now?
