No caller ID showing

This has been an issue since we moved from BT but out caller ID function does not work. I tried submitting a ticket a few months ago and it says that the caller ID is set in the account but still nothing.
Can any one help?

Really sorry about that @Mewburn, not sure what's gone on there. I've just placed the orders to re-enable it though so it should be back on the line within the next few hours.
