No changes/phone order in progress

An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
Can someone please clear it.

Hi there Michael, I'm really sorry about the issue with your account that's preventing account changes, I'll need to get that raised with our billing team so leave that with me and we should be able to get that sorted out within the next day or two.
