Number of rings before Call Divert no Answer

Hi,

I have Call Divert on No answer activated on my phone line.  It diverts after only a few rings. Is there any way to increase the number of rings before the Call Diversion kicks in please ?

According to the instructions, it's a fixed 15 seconds.

Using Call Divert

There are three codes you can use, depending on what you want to do:

• 21 diverts all calls
• 61 diverts calls you don't answer in 15 seconds
• 67 diverts calls when you're on another call
