Phone call knocking off internet

Hey there @bazalfoster it doesn't look like anything got sorted with this one, it got lost somewhere in our queue but not to worry, here I am. I have tested the line and it has found an external fault. It should be fixed by 25/11/22 23:59:59. Let me know if it's not.
