Plusnet Call Protect and Broadband Login

Have just received emails telling me Plusnet CallProtect has been removed from my phone account. I certainly didn't request that!

Also I can't get logged in on the Plusnet site to my broadband account.

All  very strange.

Ignore the broadband login thing, I'm logged in now.

As regards Call Protect; I see a dagger symbol which, if I'm understanding correctly, is saying that if add-on cost of features is less than £3 it will be invoiced the following month. Is that really saying that if you have not taken up any of the chargeable features they will still invoice the user £3 per month?

As you have probably concluded I'm really confused with what's going on.

Sorry for any confusion caused by this

I can see you've got the Call Protect feature added back on now. Is it back up and running now?

With regards to the £3, this only applies to call features that are chargeable. Call protect is free so you won't be charged for using it 

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
