@sefm2910 Welcome to the forum.
If the phone is dead then you need to report a phone fault and get that fixed first. This will probably repair your broadband at the same time.

"No broadband/phone line for a few days"
Do you mean that you have no DIAL TONE?
If "Yes" then indeed the line will be DEAD quiet and the above applies.
If you have dial tone and you dialled 17070 option 2 and the line is fairly quiet then that might be something different.
When you dial 17070 check that the reported number is yours.
You could try changing the filter.
If it is flashing Orange, also check the account settings in the router - make sure that they reference your account.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Thanks, yes line is dead - I have since reported and a fault has been identified and raised for the engineers to restore the service within 1-4 days (I don't use a filter as the master socket has 2 sockets). Thanks again for taking a look.

Thanks, I have reported and a fault has been identified. Awaiting restoration of service - I will confirm if this also resolves the broadband issue.
